Small Batch Cigars: The Case of the Missing Ratzilla

So, as mentioned in some other damn thread, I made an order from Small Batch using the code Raztilla. The idea being that I get 10% off PLUS a Ratzilla. Order showed up in less than 48 hours, but no Raztilla. Honestly, I didn't care much. I figured they were out.

Because I've become a cigar junkie, I made a second order from Small Batch a week later and used the code Ratzilla (why not?) and again it worked.

I mentioned this to some Brothers and they all said, contact Small Batch, they'll make it right.

Yesterday I emailed, and Andrew wrote me back within 10 minutes saying he'd check into it -- they keep track of what they mail out.

Today: Yup, they made an error and they just sent me two Ratzillas.

Very impressive customer service.

My last large order with them had four drumsticks I forgot to officially add but while we were talking on the phone I mentioned wanting them. I got my link, had order placed, forgot about the drum sticks. They showed up as tag alongs when the box arrived, for free!!!

Because it was a large custom order. You can order whatever you want from them in whatever quantities you want as long as over $100. They will build you whatever sampler you want.

Because I was planning a ridiculous order they called to verify some things, talk price total and savings, and because they're awesome. Also informed me something I wanted was already sold and we discussed replacement etc. They then build the order, send a custom link only I could view, then I go online and place order

Short answer, because their customer service is excellent.

It's the same folks who run Maxamar Ultimate Cigars in Orange, CA. So, I guess it is an extension of a B&M...or is the B&M an extension of SmallBatch? The world may never know...
