CC Newbie question

I recently received PSP2 s from two different vendors - one a sponser one not. The wrappers were very different. My first shipment the wrappers were oily and on the "dark side" so to speak. My second shipment the wrappers were much lighter and seemed to lack that oily aspect. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

I believe there are around 60 shades of wrapper color. No need to be concerned about this.

No need to be concerned. Wrapper variations from box to box are normal and to be expected.

I smoked several from the first shipment and they were great. I just received the second shipment recently and was immediately concerned but I wanted to wait a bit after shipping to smoke one from the second shipment before comparing - in the meantime I was stressing due to the difference in appearance- looks like I should relax on that issue for now?

Yes you should relax about it. Wrapper color varies by box to box. If your sources are rock solid then I wouldn't worry about the wrapper shade. If this bugs you, then tell your vendor what color wrapper you prefer when ordering next.

I have bought two boxes of Monte 4s in the past 6 months, both from the same vendor, and the color was substantially different between the two. But there's no real difference, other than color.

Cigars are sorted by color per individaul box, but colors can vary greatly between boxes.
