Accompanied by some radiator warmed Remy 1738, an interesting cognac if you're up for something different. Very aromatic, very fruity. Gotta say, heating the cognac up a bit does smooth it out and bring forward the flavors.

Although the Aquitaine is the better blend to me. And in certain sizes can have a opus-esque taste.
