So my stupid printer has been down for a few months now. This means taking a thumb drive with addresses to Office Depot, printing them out on a giant label, cutting the addresses and return addresses out, coming home, pasting them on flat rate boxes, and taking said boxes to the PO. (Could have saved the label PDF from the USPS site to the thumb drive, I know, but the cost was less this way at Office Depot...Long story there)
So got on the phone with HP, who determined that the problem was a bad cartridge, which was (3 months ago) and still is a brand new cartridge. No cost for the troubleshooting...So far so good. Better than having to replace the whole printer or some expensive part. I then took the bad cartridge to whence it came, and they replaced it free...Woot!
So NOW I have a printer that works...Bombs away
