i can say that they are an amazing smoke in my opinion. creamy with a little kick, i have smoked several since i found them at a local B&M and they are a go to smoke if i cant make up my mind.

After 6 or 8 weeks rest, the spice settles more into the flavor profile. Not better or worse than fresh, but definitely enjoyable.
