I use the Onlinelabels.com labels (OL382SW) and print them out. best alignment/font took me a bit to figure out but once I did it's easy peezy.

I was told I got a package today and "it looks like it might be from one of your cigar buddies". I'm assuming its the other end of my trade on here since its from Georgia. I'm just not home to see it yet. Ill post pics when I get home on Tuesday (probably Wednesday)...unless the wife snaps a couple for me to post.
