Cigars? Technically no, that's why they say shit like "sealed collectible box" or some type of variation. The wording makes it seem like you're paying for a collectible box. The sealed part is so you, the buyer, know the smokes are in there

Now what's the deal w cbid? Who is the seller? How can u be sure the smokes were properly stored prior to sale?
Cigar bid is owned by cigars international. So you're good buying from them, minus some packaging issues some people have, but they have great customer service. I'm ebay you're taking a gamble

I dunno brother, that's about as far as my knowledge on them goes. Some people do tend to get trigger happy and end up paying more on cbid than they would have they shopped around though.
