Honestly, nothing.......

For symptoms I recc Claritin-d 12 or 24hr for congestion

Delsym for cough

Motrin/ibuprofin if anything hurts, Tylenol is ok too

Saline nasal spray otc is usually helpful, everything else is a waste of your money, or a combo product that just costs you more money, like theraflu which is Tylenol and a decongestant that doesn't work as well as pseudofed in Claritin-d

There is no evidence to suggest that things like zicam or airborne do anything other than give you expensive urine and a lighter wallet, we prescribe multi-symptom cough syrup all the time but it's really not different than what's listed above

And 7-10 days is average for symptoms

Bell's Three Nuns in one of the ugliest pipes I own, a 1950's John Bessai rusticated bent bulldog that looks as though the rustication was actually done by a bulldog. Ugly as hell, but a great smoker with a wide open draw, one of my favorites.

I would smoke Three Nuns in a tin can if that's all I had.
