Don't remember the name, but it was over off of Montgomery/University over in the cultural district. That shops prices were pretty high. Work of art maduro was $18 and change.

Nice. I had a G20 but sold it in favor of a black hawk 45colt. Plan was deer hunting. Loved the Glock tho. I have a G17 on the payment plan atm

I have good news for you! The Gen4's have reversible mag releases. You may now buy a Glock. They also have interchangeable backstraps. This is good, because I have small hands.

This is the first Glock I have purchased. Reason for buying the Glock is that I couldn't find anything else locally in 10mm.

I knew about the backstraps, but not the mag releases. That's good to know. How hard is it to source 10mm ammo?

Here around central IA, many shops carry it, so it's not very hard to find. YMMV. Easy to find online if you ever order.

If you reload, you can use the same equipment to load both 10mm and 40 S&W. Same bullets, powder, dies. However, the 10mm uses large primers.
