It's an aromatic right?

I think most taste like hot air if that's a taste!
Yeah, I am still learning that. Still trying to figure out taste profiles of different tobaccos yet. Fun learning, but I have ounces of tobaccos I will probably not get to because they just don't do anything for me. I bought 2 ounces of them to try and like 4-6 different blends. Some are ok, some do 0 for me.

You might find that your taste change over time. What doesn't do it for you now might be really good with some age in it later.

I like it, what I have is probably 2yrs old but smokes well it's more of a maple I don't think there is any latakia

Though I made a homemade blend but think it's hard to have latakia in an aromatic
I put together a custom blend on P&C (but haven't ordered it yet) that has both maple, Latakia, and a couple of others. We'll see...

I tinkered for a while but quit after I ran out of the vmc

I think my best was the vmc, maple twist with about 10-20% pirate kake I didn't have straight blending latakia

Another bowl of Three Nuns. This time in a massive Mastro Beraldi bent Dublin. It's a beautiful pipe with flame grain and a ton of birdseye on the wide rim, but there's a spot about halfway down the side of the bowl that gets hot very quickly. All I can think of is that there's a large fill on the inside of the bowl that I can't see. The pipe came new with a carbon coating in the bowl, so I couldn't see any imperfections there, and the outside is flawless. Never had a pipe with this problem before.

How was the brunello, I have an unopened tin and am curious to your opinion as at one time I heard rumors this was produced by macbaren and I know how you feel about them

And I like this picture much better

It's really good. Perfect moisture to smoke right outta the tin. Got a cold so can't taste a lot. Getting sweet note, grassy notes and something like a chocolate every once in a while. Similar to the chocolate notes in burley.
No bite at all btw

Good to hear as I also have an unopened tin. It was a freeby from BnB when I bought my Savinelli Alligator.
