Anejo's hit Holt's in Philly last Friday. The Sharks are the first ones in stock with more to come. Have they shown up anywhere else around the country?

Last years batch was really good fresh but I put most of them away for a year. I smoked my first "year old" No. 49 while turkey frying on Thanksgiving. Wow it was great! I now know why people put these down for a year before touching them. Well worth the wait. :yes:

The "Carlito's Way" sampler from Holt's (with the Cameroon Anejo 'Sand Shark') started shipping last week, too. Mine should be here thursday. There's a WAOM in the set, too.

I'm still wondering what my local b&m will get...

I think that's the only way to get one via Holt's mail order. Normally the Anejo's are sold 2 a day per person in store only. It never hurts to check though!

The "5 World Class Cigars by Carlos Jr." has the Anejo #77 Shark in it. I also ordered the 'Carlito's way' sampler yesterday. They are limiting the set to one per person/house hold.

That is amazing that they would give you a whole box.

Let me know when you break into them and I'll buy one if you'll let me. I never did like the Anejos but people told me they need to age. I'd like to see if they are any better.

Is it just me or are the Anejo's really slow coming in this year? Holts only got in one or two boxes of Sharks before Thanksgiving and nothing since. I don't see any other posts about them either.
