Smoked some bald headed teacher today some PS proper English Friday. Is it just my newb to pipe senses or do they have somewhat similar flavor notes?

I find they have similar profiles myself but the bald headed teacher is a bit sweeter

GQ Askwith Kake in a Briar Spirit bulldog.

GQ is tobacco blended by Glynn Quelch of Nottingham England. He was with Gauntley's at one time. The tobacco is named after his friend and artisan pipe maker Chris Askwith, makes wonderful pipes btw. The blend is a krumble Kake, it's also a VaPer. So it has a little bit of spice and sweet to it. I have only smoked it fresh, but it should age very well.
