@Scottamus
I haven't seen much on this particular topic in my short time here, so I figured I would post what I have.
I have become a bit anal in my cigar journey, and I love it. I have begun keeping records on all of my purchases and reviews to boot.
I am an avid pipe smoker as well, but, outside of blending my own I have not gone this in depth with my pipe stuff yet.
I am recording names, date of acquisition, quantity, price paid where applicable, whether I plan to age them, the score once smoked and which humidor I have them scored.
I'm keeping all of my receipts and what not as a second form of record keeping. I know none of it matters, but a hobby is a hobby, right?
Additionally, I already have a notebook where I take notes on pipes, tea and coffee, so cigars will be a welcome addition.
I'm curious to know how or if other people keep records like these, or if I've just gone off the deep end. Let me know, folks
