That place looks amazing, bet you had a nice time with a nice pipe....
That I did. And it's a brand new B&M that opened in August. He recently expanded. But has a shop on the north shore of LI as well, same layout and a little bigger.

I like this pipe alot. Can't wait to smoke it again!

After doing some online research and finding a bunch of glowing reviews I decided to pull the trigger on these 2 Mr Brog pipes....both made from Pear Wood. The first one is called a "Chochla" and the second one a "Guardian". Available on Ebay and Amazon each pipe cost me $30cdn including shipping from Poland where they are machine made and hand finished. Anybody have experience with Mr Brog please feel free to give me your thoughts. If anyone is interested in knowing more here is a helpful link: http://mrbrog.com
They also make pipes from Briar, Bog Oak, Olive, Acacia, among others.

I've bought 3/4 of those recently, the 1792...... Well I had a sample at one time and didn't care for it, may revisit
1792 is one I'm going to try at next months pipe club. I have never had anything with Tonquin bean in it and it came up in convo so one of the guys is going to bring some. I'll be trying it in a cob xD

I have recently gotten two Mr Brogs and I like them. Disclaimer: I have no experience with "nice" briars (I have a couple drug store cheapies) I've only smoke cobs. That being said I love my Mr Brogs. I have a Chochla and another one. Tonight I just order 2 from Mr Brogs direct, the amigo and the little lumberjack. At the very least to me they are a good price point gateway to go from 5 dollar cobs to 100 dollar briars.

Spring strong sweet tall green grass grow...

I bought this pipe as a celebratory gift to myself for closing on the new property. It's handmade in the USA by Steve Morrisette. I don't think I've ever seen a pipe of his that wasn't classy as all get out, and this thing is just pure sex. Amazing lines, beautiful bird's eye, great grain, cumberland stem, and inlays of pre-ban ivory and two types of mother of pearl. This is now the crown jewel in my stable of pipes.
I had Mike at Tobacco Pipe Collectors sending me a special International Pipe Smoking Day pipe that was supposed to arrive today, Thursday, so I could smoke it tomorrow for IPSD. But, right on cue, the USPS has it lost somewhere in their system. So, for IPSD tomorrow, I'll be taking my Morrisette on its maiden voyage. Sweet smokes!
