I've smoked a couple gifted PL Secretos. My opinion was the same for both. Really glad I don't own a box. As always different smokes for different folks though.

Haha. I have a box but I haven't touched them since I bought them last year. I was hoping they were getting better

That could possibly be. I smoked them upon release so hopefully they are better now. Seems most regionals last year or so need to sit. I've been doing the same as you and stashing regionals away until I start hearing from a dozen or so people that they are starting to smoke well.

Yea seems like more regular productions are smoking better fresh but not many of the REs have been. It was easier to enjoy REs when I was playing catch up and buying them with 3-4 years already on them
