  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I gotta go to Vegas!

I may be going there at the end of the month for a meeting. I've already planned to stop in and pick up a couple of their house rolled sticks. I hear that they're pretty good. Anyone here ever smoked one?

If you're talking about the CasA Fuente sticks, they are excellent. CG is my favorite

My son tells me they have a Fuente peculiar to their shop. Very likely the Casa Fuente socf mentioned. Since it's Vegas, I have to assume it's worth the trip!

As one would expect, they were packed during last years Big Smoke event. Very cool place tho. Didn't get a chance to stay and smoke because it was so packed, but did take a look around. Definitely a destination if you are heading to Vegas for any reason.

casa is smaller than it looks in the photos. BUT it IS in fact the shit. i hear the mojitos are to die for, i KNOW the coffee is solid, their fuente selection is stupid if you are ISO odd stuff, and, as noted, the casa fuente (fuente made for the levns for casa fuente sale, IIRC?) are a great blend you just ain't going to find anywhere else.

IMO, pick up some don carlos lances, casa guente lances, casa fuente corona gordas (either blend), and make certain to have the time to get a bev, and chill the duration of a smoke.

Heading there for my honeymoon at the end of the month. That is one of the first stops I will be making there and fully intend to grab as many sticks as the budget will allow. Hopefully I can make back some of what I blow there at the blackjack tables, but even if I don't it will be a damn good time and money well spent.
