Having lived in S. Texas most of my life, I say; Noella: No-ay'-a, Belicoso: Baya-co'-so, and Tatuaje : Tat-wa'-hay. I figger I'm close, the B&Ms down there knew what I wanted.

Tatuaje is pronounced stressing the second to last syllable & the "aje" is prounounced like "AH hay" (the AH sounds like the letter "a" in the word "all"). So it should be pronounced "Tatoo AH hay". Tatuaje is "tattoo" in Spanish.
There are so many different ways that cigar smokers pronounce the names of their cigars they like...if in doubt just point at them and tell the B&M dude...that sucker right there dude...gimmee one.

But Belicoso only has one L...
I see your point. Since I don't speak Spanish as a second language, I defer to you sir! However, my 2nd son has a PhD in linguistics and I ran my pronunciation of "Tatuaje" by him and here's his partial response; "I think your pronunciation will be spot-on, as long as you pronounce that -h- back against the soft palate, like the guttural consonant in the German interjection "Ach!" He's a professor at Heidelberg University, teaching a Germanic Languages class to mostly German students and he's my go to guy in these matters...

My son notwithstanding, I believe in going to the source and found this video which supports my brother, Cigary43; SO, the issue of Tatuaje is closed by the creator himself! Another thing I like about this vid is Pete is smoking my favorite, Havana VI.

Yep....I remember seeing this before and it pretty much sunk in pretty deep as far as how to pronounce it.

This thread is great, thanks for the laughs guys. I still laugh when I hear people say FIVE vegas instead of cinco but that one isn't really pronunciation

I could've except 1: He wasn't being snarky, and 2: He was right. I enjoy being corrected if I can learn thereby.;)
Im never snarky to my friends as I do like to have fun with them...but my enemies are a totally different story altogether when I get a little snarky. .

The video proves he breaks up ta too in the first 13 seconds. Just saying. And I'm just going off what pete personally said to the BOTL group at the factory on the private tour we had. That's just what sunk into my mind. But then again I don't have a languistics degree. Just a memory for things that interest me.
