Has anyone returned anything to Air-N-Water? I ordered a NewAir wine cooler over the weekend and it came into today. The problem is they sent me a osculating fan. So I will be calling in the morning to start the return process.
I think it's just best to cover it with Spanish cedar and use it anyway!
Honestly though, yes, I have returned. I received a "scratch'n'dent" New Air that was more "crashed'n'dropped"

It was easy, I called this morning and the guy I talked to was pretty apologetic. So he went in sent out the actual wine cooler and sent me a email with the pre paid return label from fedex to send the fan back to them.
