I clean mine with a microfiber towel and a small amount of eco class cleaner. Shines it up quite nicely. I guess you could use pledge as well. What's best cleaner to use on outside wood and inside /outside glass? Are off brand beads on ebay any good? Like 10$ a lb. I thin k prob get 2_3 I guess
Is it hard to keep rh stabilized with kl?As has been said, if you're not going to get heartfelf (personally, I prefer HCM), just get kitty litter. under $10 will last you years and years
Not in my experience. Might be more work than boveda or hcm but way way cheaper. Is it hard to keep rh stabilized with kl?
You didn't put the seat belt on her?! Sheesh! It's about two feet wide and has a rubber seal and lock on it. Here's a crappy pic to hold Ya s over
I had, well difficult isn't the word, I guess tedious time getting my KL to 65, but my lazy ass forgot a spray bottle and didn't feel like going back out in the cold rain so I just poured and poured a little too much at first, but it's really easy man. Maybe $13 for a 10-20 lb thing of KL and $0.68 for a gallon of distilled water. I think the KL was under 10 for the exquisicat. I can't remember. I love it and I just keep a few 65 bovedas because I'm paranoid lolIs it hard to keep rh stabilized with kl?
It's pretty neat has a humidity slot up top came with two odd humidifiers there like a pumice or coral or something I wonder if there any good.
no. no they aren't any good.I wonder if there any good.
Get kitty litter. Won't ruin the budget. Works like a champ. there's several threads talking about it in here.
KL all the wayPretty sure heartfelt will cost more.
I don't use my dining room table. Ever! That's where your awesome free find should fit perfectly. Like @sfoc has mentioned and I also use kitty litter. Start it off low and raise rh slowly. It will take several days to stabilize. But, first things first, you have to get that humi seasoned. You will be in business in under 2 weeks. This things giant! I don't think it'll fit my curio cabinet. Not sure where I'm going to put it! Waiting on lil man to fall asleep so I can bring it in from the car
No worries, I'm sure there will be at one or two new threads asking about that in the next week or so, he can check one of them.Check out post #57 in this thread for a how-to on setting up kitty litter......

That's hilarious! Thanks for all the help guys. Is pledges the best to use for a stained wood? It's not a paint just a stain on outsideNo worries, I'm sure there will be at one or two new threads asking about that in the next week or so, he can check one of them.
When I have to ask the wifey for cigar money she makes me use Murphys Oil Soap on the cabinets then Liquid Gold, but yeah Pledge does the trick! That's hilarious! Thanks for all the help guys. Is pledges the best to use for a stained wood? It's not a paint just a stain on outside
Are you still shitting on that one guy that was posting humidity threads like every other day? HahahhahahahaNo worries, I'm sure there will be at one or two new threads asking about that in the next week or so, he can check one of them.
