How do yall deal with stress?

I wish I could play that good. No that is music I like to listen to when I just want to drift from work. I run my own business at home so sometimes you need to drift away and cigars were nixed from the list of things we can say. I like innovative things.

Oh yeah i forgot the best way to deal with my stress. Make love with my wife! I noticed that was not listed in any of the comments. I made a deal with my wife 15 years ago before we got married. I will take care of her needs if she takes care of my needs. We all know a man has his needs. Fortunately for me she agreed to that deal. I have never heard the dreaded excuse almost every man that is married is told. "i have a headache or I am tired". Never hear that in the 15 years we have been together. All though I have heard "Are you gonna make it quick?" Okay TMI LMAO!

Don't really do the stress thing. Aggravates my wife because I don't worry or stress over anything. At work I actually enjoy beating the deadlines and doing the hardest jobs on the project.

Crossfit, lift weights, strap on the pack, boots and hit the stair climber, hitting the bag, or sit in the hot tub and relax with a good smoke and music. Really bad days call for playing with the kids. They really know how to take the edge off, and quickly!

I haven't taken it to those extremes. I've only been going at it for about a year. But I have heard that from many people. My box just may be the exception, or I'm oblivious to it. Could be the latter
