Finally back!
We're less than a month out!
Looks like we are well out of hot-dog land on the food budget.. and should be able to have a solid meal on Saturday night at this point.. if anyone else intents on donating to the food budget, please see if you can get it in by this weekend.. after that, I think Ill have a pretty good idea of what we're going to have in hand, and will start meal planning with our "chef".. and start putting together an event long menu early next week...
If we end up a little short.. Ill throw in the additional bones needed.. if we end up a little over, Ill use the $$ to either buy some door prizes, or upgrade the snacks, or pick up an additional bottle of hooch for everyone to share, or something (nothing will go to waste)..

Still no luck in dropping this overtime. Plus my wife just informed me that we have about $300 in vet bills and taxes coming up because she forgot to get her animals vaccinated on time. So, it looks like I won't be making it.

I'll most likely be bringing the hotdogs for the Saturday lunch along with the chicago poppy seed buns. But I need to go to Costco to see if Vienna beefs. Are sold there. And if it's reasonably priced. They are not a cheap dog! I'll let u know Dave!
I could pitch in since I don't eat pork. (recently been cutting back on beef) These are made with only beef right? No hog casing?
