I just pick something that strikes my fancy before I leave to play. Same as I do when I'm smoking at home. I have a cigar minder that really helps me on the course

Definitely agree with picking longer smoking sticks!
Also, based on some of your posts, I'd love to have the chance to spend a round or two in your company. Just be warned, I have wicked bad adult scoliosis and blame every single bad stroke on it
I'd love it - always looking for new friends to hack it around with. "Black Hills of South Dakota" sounds like an area with some pretty interesting courses too
And I'm used to that. Buddy always blames the greens and on our recent 7 day Orlando trip threw his Scotty Cameron at the golf cart after missing a putt. This was the first round of 12 and of course it came up bent and in trying to bend it back the head came off. So day 2 of 7 and he's without a putter and I'm suggesting we cause a scene at a Putt Putt course so he can make off with a putter that he can use for the rest of the week ! LOL A little Gorilla epoxy in the hotel room and we got him back up, but he still whined about the greens all week. Yeah, the greens made him hosel rocket his driver OB on all those holes.....

For serious, fellas, the Fuerte Serie B are darn good. Buy a bundle from CBid, best price I scored was 22 bucks for the Robusto, if you don't like them, I'll buy 'em back!
Wait, I just realized I'm going about this all wrong. Avoid all smokes from JdN. They thin the hair, and slice the drive. Never buy these things (maniacal laugh!!)

Why can't I smoke my regular cigars on the course? :)

I do avoid all JdN.

Just sharing my pic now too;)
PS, don't ever take anything I type too serious, it's just all in good fun and never meant to be personal.

And now, I'm majorly wondering if the picture shows up OK. Dang Chrome app on the phone gives me no clue if the pic is too small to see or too huge to be practical. Apple devices are even worse! (More opinion :ROFLMAO:)

typed on my Samsung iPad phone by Google :banghead:

Great course, at least for me. The Black Hills are truly incorporated into the layout!
Not saying it's the best around, just affordable and fun!

I usually walk, pulling a hand cart with my clubs. The handle is hollow and will hold up to about a 54RG cigar tightly, but other more loosely as the RG shrinks. This keeps it off the ground when I am addressing and striking the ball, but if I forget it is there (yes I have the occasional brainfart) it can be bad for the health of the cigar. Loose fitting cigars are difficult because when it gets shorter, they can either fall down the into handle, or out of the handle completely (and then I brainfart and leave it behind). So, as a general rule, I like about a 48 - 54 RG cigar when I am golfing.

After that consideration, I take cigars that I will enjoy - there is after all a lot of time between shots, and I'd rather contemplate a cigar than get all riled up about how I pooted the last shot.

Peace of the Lord be with you.

OH and you got a can and a clip coming your way :) Just need to find your address. Unless you want to make my life easy and if you do, I won't send anything else. :)
A lesson to everyone... Keep your thoughts to yourself. Especially don't state that you need anything or want to purchase anything... Damn you Ara. Thank you so much for the clip and can. It will be put to good use.

New member here...Whats the best way to post a picture? Host in another site or upload directly from my own computer?

I made a cigar holder for on the course and could share it for others if someone else like to tinker and toy with stuff

Guys with TapATalk seem to upload straight from there.

I mostly use Imgur and then use the BBC code for hosting pictures.

AF Double Chateau. Don't want a buzz happening when I'm standing over that 3 footer that will win me a couple of bucks from my brother in law.;)
