Well damn... Missed those codes. They did take 7% randomly. So all in with free shipping it was $140 or so. Seems like a good deal still.

Does anyone know the exact width measurements for a shelf for a NewAir 281?
Strange it lets you get to the payment screen while indicating out of stock...Might be worth a call to them.

I was actually thinking of getting one for my wife for her yarn collection. Apparently wool is also susceptible to bugs that lay eggs, so she wants something that can be sealed and kept cool for her yarn stash. I think the 281 is almost identical to the vinotemp, so we'd have his-n-hers, side-by-side wine coolers.
The irony is that the shelves for hers will probably be real cedar, not Spanish cedar... on purpose

Dangit I didn't catch this till it was too late!...i never really looked into a wineador b/c I had convinced myself it was too expensive, but at those prices I'll have to keep an eye out. Stupid job interrupting my ability to squander, why can't they just pay me to not show up every day?!
