I just took a basic look at your location and I can see that the quickest route is 75 to 23 to 69 to 275 to 94. I don't know of anything along that exact route as I am not a west-sider, but if you stay on 23 longer and head to Ann Arbor I think La Casa de la Habana is open til 9 on Sundays. If you need something later the location in Detroit is open til midnight on the bar side. Here's the website:
http://www.lacasadelahabana.com/contact I've never been to the Ann Arbor location but I've heard its nice. I've been to the one in downtown Detroit a few times though and I can tell you that it is very nice indeed. I think the retail side closes early though so make sure to bring your own cigar, just in case. If you are arriving in Detroit around 6 then you can head over to the largest humidor in the tri-state area at Jenuwines. Website:

Both of those last 2 places are a detour from your route but are certainly worth checking out if you have the time to make it and the hours work around when you have to be at the airport. A final place I would recommend is The Coliseum. While not a lounge per se, you can light up a cigar there, and they are open til 2. Website here:
