I just recently built my own wino and was thinking of spreading the humidification trough the wino in the form of several sources instead of venting it out. I could add a fan if it helps, but am wondering if that's required or not.

In bigger ones (28 bottle) it is very helpful. In the 18, it's not. I like that my top drawer is a couple lower than the bottom. I store sticks I'm aging at the top.

my wino is rather large. Its a 35 bottles. I use boxes, and was thinking of leaving bovedas in each boxes, and keep the surrounding at OK RH.

A fan could help a lot. Put on a timer and the air will be circulated which will keep the humidity the same everywhere. With a proper source (like heartfelt beads) you won't need to constantly be using bovedas. Just get it dialed in, with circulation and it should be a beauty.

my current plan is to use mainly KL, which I am in the process of tweaking to perfection.
I had it set, but erroneously spritzed them a bit too much. Today I removed some of the "wet" KL to replace with dry one.

right now the RH is at 65, I like it a bit higher.

I'll look at adding a fan, that I'd put at low rev, on the same timer as my light system.

I've had KL the whole time and its a thing of beauty. Once it's dialed in, it's fantastic. No complaints here. You can actually microwave it to take out moisture btw. @herfdog

I didn't think of microwave!
next time I'll know.

right now, I have a full ziplock of humid KL waiting for the next use...
