I bought one for 9 or 10 bucks. And got some rockets. And one "likely" rebanded candela which I did a review on....never again. I'd rather buy a couple four kicks for the same price.

Yeah well when I was starting out I bought not one but two of that sampler... and at the inflated "quick buy" price.

Learned my lesson the hard way, thank god I wasn't easily deterred. Smoked one half way and stored the rest for months before I finally threw them out.

I actually managed to stay away from cbid for over a year, but wanted to try a couple of things they had cheap, and I won, and one thing led to another, and I'm now about $100 poorer.... Still, this lot was the only dumb one at least.

For some reason a fellow c-bidiot (great phrase by the way) @Horseshoe added that sampler to a cbid order we were making together. I told him it'd be nasty but for the low, low price of $7 (more than you paid!) he said you couldn't go wrong. WRONG! That was the nastiest looking selection of sticks I've ever seen. I had only even heard of 1 or 2 of them. He chickened out and didn't smoke any of them so I gave them to my father-in-law who will smoke anything.

Though I don't recall seeing the now infamous Biker's Butt in the sampler he purchased. I would have made him smoke that one!

I bought this thinking "How bad could i be". I think I'd actually rather smoke a literal dog rocket than what I got. We made the cigars into a huge joke and smoked them at hunting camp.

C-Bid is an evil force unto itself. It seems cheaper then it spirals out of control and then next thing you know, it where the hell do I put these and how the hell did I spend so much money they were all such a good deal!!!

Hahaha! I lol'd at this. I think all us smokers are inherently shoppers, and when you see something so cheap- it's just too easy to pull the trigger.

I am filing this thread for my personal reference, so next time I'm a few drinks in and get the urge to go 'shopping' I won't make the same mistake.

I want to invent an app with a breathalyzer installed that will make you blow into the tube after you've entered cigar bid.com into your address bar and press enter. I think it'd be a huge hit. God knows I've spent too much on that site barely this side of seeing double....
