Beautiful construction with a wonderful looking cap. Struggled a bit getting the wrapper off, but no major issues with that.

Struggling with this flavor, but smoke production is medium. Best draw on a cigar I have had in a while. A little herbal on the flavor, pepper on the retrohale. I want to say a sour hay, but that doesn't do it justice because its closer to almost a mint. Incredibly smooth. Looks like a quick burner. This is interesting, smoke this when you have time to pick it apart. A little pepper (white pepper) on the tip of the tongue for the finish. Not a perfect burn, but seems to be self correcting. The pepper on the finish cuts off the flavors until the next draw. It's a nice quality. Doesn't linger long. Body at a low medium.

Still has the herbal almost sour mint taste, the fact that the finish is so clean leaves me unable to experience the flavor again until the next draw. Refreshing, that's the best adjective for this cigar right now. And it's not one I use very often.

Right after that picture I went for the ash tray and boom, right on my jeans. So assume the ash will hold for each third, but careful, it's not super sturdy. The body is up to a high medium not quite medium-full. And white pepper is coming up slowly. I would definitely call the mix of pepper and herbal at this point resulting in a mint note, just from the combination.

Ok now I would call it body-wise a medium full, strength for the first time is detectable at a low. Woodsy cedar just started showing up and is rising through the profile slowly. Again burns not perfect, but it self corrects no need to touch it up.

End of the second third woodsy cedar is up and strength is at a solid medium and rising body is still a medium-full.

No flavor shifts to note right now but it is getting hot, maybe a slight bitter note coming up. But probably just because its getting down to the end. Not going to be a nubber.

Pepper and strength coming up. Still a pretty clean finish though. Ashed on myself again #cigarproblems

Conclusion: 83
I loved the first two thirds of this cigar. Started to loose my attention as strength came up toward the last third. Finishing up my coke now, good smoke. I would buy a box them and let them rest. But I smoke what I have and try not to hoard a ton of cigars. If my B&M had them I would probably buy these more often. But considering low release quantities of these that won't happen. Absolutely worth trying if you can. I have to say for a relaxing smoke, with nothing on your mind. This cigar is perfect for that.

Smoke Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

Great review man! And at least your ashtray stayed clean...
Yeah right lol. I won that at the B&M, but I have a flower pot that I am in the habit of using as a spittoon and ashtray...... That I am not going to take a picture of its pretty nasty lol.
I use that tray as a cigar rest so it doesn't roll away mainly
