Hoyo Epi 2. One of my favorites.

Not a big fan of rass. Prefer lighter more complex profiles.

RASS have been very inconsistent for me. Never really enjoyed one to justify buying a box. Epi 2 are amazing. Same for D4 and Boloivar RC in that price range

I've got a box of RASS from August 14 and I've smoked one out of it. It was the youngest and harshest cuban I've ever smoked. I won't be revisiting for a while.

Bummer, man. I just started smoking FEB 14 box, they are tasty, but six months is a lifetime with CCs. I've got another box with SEP 14, but won't touch them till the Holidays. When did you smoke AGO 14?

Definitely not knocking HDM 2s. Those are amazing cigars. HDM EEs are smoking great with 13 and 14 box dates as well. Honestly, if you're not going with RASS, then get HDM EEs.

I just received a box of RASS. MAR15. I have not yet smoked one...afraid to waste one in the sick period. I'm patient. St Patrick's Day isn't really THAT far off...
I also got in the same shipment a box of Boli RC's AGO14 which are absolutely delicious.

I don't, but I do know that the sick period usually takes place from about 90 days to about one year after the box date and I don't want to take the chance of wasting one. Once they are a year old they should be out of the sick period. Yes, I could take a chance and try one now, and I know I could drop dead tomorrow, and I know that sometimes the sick period doesn't last that long, or happen at all, but I'm a patient man, and it's not a race, and that was one classic run-on sentence...

They will taste amazing this time next year. I smoked ULA FEB 14 a month ago with a friend. It was his box (so jealous) and RASS tasted like rich cocoa, caramel, and hints of pineapple. F-ing unreal!!!
