I'll thank you now. Small Batch ftw! I mean, that's where I got the Intemperance in the first place. Kinda dangerous though as a Southern Californian--when I order from them it arrives next day.

Wish the game was as good up to this point....stress!
Did a butter, garlic, & basil baste on top. Using lump charcoal (kilned wood) on Kamado Joe (like big green egg).
Honestly, they were so smoky and tender it was top of chart good.
