Thanks man. The best part is being able to put it all up in shorts and a t-shirt. I am sure If I lived somewhere where it gets really cold my ass would maybe put up a string or two of lights hahahahaaaaa.

Very nice Mike. We usually do the single candles in each window w/wreathes, roping, bows, etc. This year is a little more sedate. No pics yet.

Mikes, where in Austin do you live? I ask because I used to live in Brushy Creek, it's a wonderful city

I can't decorate now... but my wife has informed me that I have no choice but to decorate when we get a house

Nice job Mike and lol @ Brian!

This is our first Christmas here so I installed some translucent clips around the top of the porch for the lights and hung some lighted pine garland along the railing around the porch. I am too scared to do anything to the second floor.

I will be able to use the clips every year.

Here is a picture of the porch. I'll try and remember to take a picture of the lights tonight.

Yes we do! A lite-up buck, a lite-up doe, white/colored lighted 6' Christmas tree, and a blowup 9' tall snowman. Did not feel like putting lights on the 2nd floor this year.

In Michigan we had 10,000 small white lights. Tried that in CA but have the first year power bill toned it down a little. I shoot pics tonight.
