I've rode the wave up and down several times it can tough and demoralizing . I cant really speak much about the surgery but a friends father did get the lap band he was probally pushing 500 after driving a truck for several years and breaking a leg. He dropped a huge about but through eating habits he's starting to gain it back. I'd suggest making a meal diary over next two weeks . Eat like you normally do but afterwards write it down then examine it at the end. Some small changes to your diet can really affect things over time. It does suck though busting balls to loose it then gaining it back. I was getting big working at the car lot. I lost about 30 lbs over 6 months when I quit drinking.now im slimming up quick 3 months into my new profession. It was always hard for me to stick to a diet amd exercise routine. I'd go hard for a few weeks then I'd fall right off the wagon. Either direction you go I hope it works well for you and if you have any questions just ask. Were all here for you
