We just had about fifteen carolers come to our door.

I have never experienced that before...anyone else ever had carolers come to their house?

I've never had them come to my door but my little "town" has an annual Christmas get together on the village green. We drink hot chocolate, eat cookies and sing carols around a fire. Kinda corny, but I love it! It's a good opportunity for all the neighbors to socialize and helps glue our community together.

Edit: It's surprising how many people in the neighborhood show up and sing.

Prob a good place to sell coffee too!

I've gone caroling before when I was in my Church's youth group but never had them come to the house

We used to get them in CA, I live on the outskirts of town so we don't get them here, But I know in town it is a big thing. They ride around town with Draft Horses pulling a Big Hay Ride and sing carols The police will escort them through town.. It is pretty cool to see and watch

Guys, here in our community, they do a golf car caroling! This year, they had about 100 cars going from house to house! Pretty cool!

We used to go carolling in the neighborhood when I was in jr. high. I haven't seen a caroler in years though, sounds like it was fun.

They came thru here a few years back. I was not sure how to react to them. We just clapped as they strolled past the house and the family stood outside to watch them go down the street.

Yessir, we went caroling this past Saturday evening in Magnolia, Ohio. Our party organizer arranged an oxen drawn hay trailer with hay bales and about twenty of us went around town caroling, with a wide variety of adult beverages on board. It was cool to see all the decorated homes and even cooler to have people come out of their homes to enjoy a bit of the Christmas spirit.

Pretty cool - it seems that I sing much better after about 6-8 adult beverages.
