I am assuming that those tabs that the metal shelves sit on in a wine cooler have to come out before I put my shelving unit from John in there. Is this a valid assumption? If so, what's the best way to get them out without causing any damage? Hey, I am old and can afford to be a bit dumb, huh?

I wish I could be of help but I have no clue. I purchased mine ready to go. I am sure someone will know what to do. Oh, and I'm old too and come from the school of the only dumb question is the one not asked.

Yes.. Them Tabs must go. I just used a snub nosed plyers. Grab one and push up, then down, then up..... Repeat until the come off. Easy peasy.
