I believe they are the old Oliva red bands but I could be wrong. I also think that Atlantic found some a few months back and were selling them at a pretty decent price.

No need for a bus driver. I was just curious if it's any good. Someone I met at a local cigar store told me about the cigar, and I was just curious if it's any good. He said there is a natural and a Maduro. A store nearby has a bunch left.

Only one way to find out. I'll just send you one. I haven't smoked on in a while, but I remember them being pretty good.

Oliva Bolds were made up to 2005 (iirc) and we're available up to around 2008 on "clear outs" at some b&ms. The blue cloth bands (Maduro) will go down as one of the "legends" of cigars that aged well and were sold for incredibly cheap.(on close out)
For some reason the paper bands didn't seem to be as good. (The Bolds that were made in the last couple of years of production.)
The Reds were good as well just not "epic" like the blue cloth bands.
