I like it so far. There is so much going on, but still haven't found my go-to cigar lounge. I'm in the sugarland/missouri city area. How about you?

New to this site. I've been a puff user for 3 years now (same name) it's just not the same. Looking for a better bigger community. Look forward to getting to know you guys. Heavy cigar smoker, 2 or more a day. Knee deep in this Wineador, coolidor and overflowing desktops. Ready to get in here and be an active part of the community. Looking forward to trades and the classifieds!
Welcome! Also from Houston :cigar::happy:

I'm in missouri city, sugarland area. Know any good shops?
Sadly I'm the opposite side of the city. My local Go-To is Serious Cigars, the Champions location. Though Warped Cigars has an authorized dealer in Sugarland called The Smoke Ring. (haven't been there myself, but might be worth checking out)

Welcome from Chicago (and sometimes Philly). This is a great place!

Nice stash, by the way. I just got a NewAir 280 and have filled it with boxes and and Heartfelt Beads, and am trying to get it to settle down. Drawers on order. Did you bother with a fan in yours? My thinking on it is that it is probably not needed, but I haven't decided yet. I'm thinking if it's stable, the difference top to bottom won't be meaningful (although it might drive my OCD crazy) and if you open it once a week and swap beads top/bottom, a fan probably is not needed. I think it probably gets used simply by Internet echo, and people just think they're needed, but I'm open to being schooled.

Cheers,

Cheers,
The fan that comes with the 281e was enough for me. I do not have additional fans and I started with the KL but after a while I figured out I could shove boveda on either side of each drawer in between the drawer and wall. This keeps the humidity the same at the top and bottom and makes it all worry free. I hardly ever have to recharge them. Put those in and left one small thing of KL on bottom near drain and never looked back. All my drawers are vented and I keep a open area in between boxes on top for fan to circulate seams to work great.
