Ahoy from New York City! Prices are sky high around here with a75% wholesale tax so I mostly buy online, have acquisition disorder like many of you fine ladies and gents out there, luckily I stick to $2-$5 per stick and have found some great values. Really enjoying my time smoking and keep looking out for more opportunities (time) to enjoy some. Last one I've had that I really enjoyed was a RyJ 1875 Bully.

@XYRNTX Hey Bud! Yes I am into cycling! I ride around to see the world in a slow-ish way, I used to commute in to work a few times, a week, I try to get on the bike as often as possible. On my last day off I was able to ride out to the water and have a smoke right on the rocks overlooking the waters, what a great experience.

Oh yeh!!! Love it.....I've been in it for a few years but switched form the road to a fixed gear.....and that has everything to do with being a foodie/beer snob so I can burn more than I take in lol...

Thanks!

@XYRNTX Do you like the fixed? I tried once and felt like I was going to fall off and Die! ha.. Yeah I eat a lot, smoke a lot of meat on my smoker, consume a good amount of liquid calories so biking helps to keep that all in balance.. sort of!

Acquisition Disorder is a great way to put it. Now, if I can only get my doc to write a prescription for more cigars...

Anyway, welcome to the greatest community online. Cigar or otherwise, this place is top notch. Enjoy!

Welcome to BOTL from another fine high tax state (Minnesota). :blackeye:

Cigar taxes here are 95% with a minimum of $1.00 and a maximum of $3.50 per cigar. Needless to say the vast majority of my purchases are either made online or in Wisconsin where the tax is 71% but is capped at .50 per cigar.
