Wow... Didn't even know this was happening. Haven't ordered in a month or so, but all mine got through (thankfully). Interested to see how this plays out.

Without naming sources, does anyone know if this is all the same vendor? --never mind, I just read the whole thread.

Update: Got a letter for the first reship (was sent by vendor on 7/1, letter was dated 7/22, stamped 8/4, and received last weekend), and the the re-reship sent 8/3 arrived yesterday! Looks like most folks' reships are beginning to arrive, so maybe things at JFK have loosened a bit!

Try tracking it on Australia post system instead of usps. Could of possibly been sent back to OZ. That's happened to me.
On a positive last week and a half 6 boxes landed safe. 6 more in the air now. New theory is order in bulk all on one day.

I did. Shows stuck in LAX there too.

Have never had any problem in the last 5 yrs. over the last 2 yrs I've averaged about 3-4 boxes/month from OZ. since June, I haven't gotten a single box through LAX, but no letters. Just got a box from another vendor thru LAX yest that took 7 days order to door

Is it possible that they can tag a vendors shipping addy or something that would cause them to flag anything coming through? Just a thought....really prefer oz

I think things have calmed down a bit recently. Once a week goes by from shipment date is when I start to worry. Otherwise you should be in the clear.

We'll here it is 9/26 and they still have not arrived. On 10/1 the shipper will consider them lost and will either reship them or give me a credit. I have a friend who ordered from the same company a week after I placed my order and his arrived yesterday.
