Famous shipping...

Has anyone ever had issues with shipping through famous? (Long read warning, sorry Im venting..)

I like their shop, Ive been a customer for quite sometime. I switched because they carried more of the brands I preferred, and they are a sponsor of the site, which I try too support those business's.

But one way or another I have had issues with shipping from them my last two orders. At first with my previous order I thought it was my mistake, but my shipping and billing address where reversed. It was caught, not a huge issue, i figured I swapped them by accident (though I thought very unlikely for I had to enter a new delivery address and didn't do so until prompted). Whatever, called them sorted it out only a slight delay.

This order placed I believe the 12-13ish. I took a little extra care to ensure the addresses were straight(nothing sucks like waiting weeks for packages, dont want to add days lol). So I checked, rechecked good to go, paid and got my confirmation. I got my shipping confirmation two days later, only glancing at it. Now as it gets towards the point of a no show(not quite there, but starting to seem that way). I go recheck the shipping information. And sure as hell, its all wrong. My name, and the letters APO are the only thing correct, the zip isnt even a zip, it like a date (ex...1/1/5434...), So now Im bummed out, like shitty. Like I just found out theres no santa clause lol.
Im NOT blaming Famous, their custome service is great, I believe its just a glitch due to the crappy internet access we have. Just damn upset, (probably more than I should be, Im feeling more silly, the more I write about it).
Luckily thanks to James @THEMISCHMAN, and my previous order I still have some sticks, but I was really, really looking forward to my new cigars! Sorry, rant over

Never had any issues that weren't made right. Only issues one order.

I have had only issue regarding what was declared when items were sent to me but that works differently as it must cross the boarder when it comes to me.
I had the issue with the addresses acting up but a quick call in helped out.

I was able to get a Phone that could call the 800 number, their customer service rep was very helpful and is sorting it out, I believe the address thing is a glitch. I may just call in orders when I can. But damn, still bummed about the wait, and it says the Four kicks I ordered are out of stock now. Likewise @ChuckMejia, lesson learned

Been ordering from Famous for many years and never had a problem! When you have as many orders as they and there are humans involved there's bound to be hiccups every now and then......

Question do you guys ship without stating that it is cigars on the customs forms?
