Sorry about my tardy response. I've been crazy busy as of late.
Smoked my first of the custom rolls last night. They smelled great, constructions looked very good, not large seams or veins. I know I looked at the cap but can't remember what it was. Prelight draw was firm although not plugged with a slight sweetness and hay aroma.
I'm not going to break down by thirds because well i was mowing and really not paying attention to that. The smoke started out mild in strength, flovor was mild as well with the predonemant flavors of hay mixed with cedar. I don't retro much so i can't help there. , as the smoke progressed the strength did start to pick up but the flavor remained pretty much the same, not much complexity. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, just what i took away from it. Razor sharp burn with only one touch up that was due to having to stop smoking while i filled up the mower with gas at about the 2/3 mark. Construction and draw was great throughout, ash fell off in chunks of more than an inch at a time which is impresive since i was mowing, gowing over bumbs, hills, backing up dodging trees etc. Overy all this was a very enjoyable smoke adn i thank you for it imensly my friend. I'm looking forward to seeing what some age will do. At at $3.00 a pop i might be ordering a bundle.
