tose Balkans are around 20 years old one feels good one feels dried out. Is it worth rehydrating the dried out one? @Grrrrr609
Yes it is. But I cheat. I generally don't rehydrate till I smoke it. I use my DW spray bottle for my humis and spread out the baccy on my mat and spritz it. Very lightly. You can also do that and jar it or you can use a baccy humidifier.

maybe I`ll do spitz and than jar, does it drying out change the flavor? Also should I leave the stonehaven in the package or would it be better to jar it up?

Yes it can change the flavor slightly but not as noticeable as in cigars. Same thing, if the oils dry out it changes flavor but, to me anyway, I don't notice it like in cigars.

The mylar bags can get a hole and dry out. If you have a vacuum sealer I would seal the whole thing bag and all. If not you can jar it just to be safe. It should be fine but being from a trade and maybe not knowing exactly how it was handled previously it would probably be best to seal it in a jar or vacuum seal.
