I wanted to bump this thread and share my fantastic experience with Stogie's World.

Last week I ordered a box of the Room 101 H-Town Lanceros and a box of the La Palina H-Town Lanceros. Both arrived incredibly fast (and even included one of those little back pack bag thingies). Both boxes also came factory sealed. When I opened the box of Room 101, 3 of the cigars had obvious mold on the wrapper (but not on the foot). I took some pictures, sent Stogie's an email to find out what their return policy was, and then wiped the cigars down with some DW. Once the mold went away, I stuck them in my coolerdor.

Jorge from Stogies responded to my email within a few hours and called me shortly thereafter. I told him that I'd wiped the cigars down and was going to wait and see what happened. After 4 or 5 days with no return of the mold, I sent him another email and said not too worry, thing looked ok. (I've wiped down a few other cigars before without issue and since the mold was contained to only 3 out of 20, I didn't think it would be a big deal to do it again).

Well, imagine my surprise when I get a package in the mail today with a very nice note, 3 new Room 101 Lances, and 2 extra lances as an apology. Totally blown away by the gesture. I know these guys aren't a site sponsor, but I'll definitely be using them again. They're a shop that loves Lanceros (just like me!), that ships quickly, and that has outstanding customer service. A+ in my book.
Thanks for sharing that Tom. I love hearing about businesses that go the second mile when it comes to people skills. You can bet your bottom dollar that a company that treats people like that will continue to grow and be profitable. Great story.

Sumatra Tat Lancero. Yes oh Yes. Hopefully it will be better than the nice ash release. That one was a little rough ROTT.
