Got it back on Friday, finished seasoning it today and loaded it up. They never replaced the analog hydrometer but that's not a huge deal...
There is a weird problem with my my Diamond Crown Precision Hydrometer, the display seems to flip out... If I remove it from the unit it seems to be okay after a few minutes. Not sure if it's the humidity effecting it or the cooler temps... Has anyone seen they're digi do this in their unit? See below...

Glad they took care of that for you. I haven't had a hydrometer do that but I also don't run a wineador yet. I would try leaving it in there for a day or so and see if it corrects itself, sounds like it has something to do with the temp though.Got it back on Friday, finished seasoning it today and loaded it up. Good to hear you got it resolved. In regards to the hydrometer, can't say I have experienced that issue but I only use Xicar which I see you also have. I would say the problem is with the Diamond Crown. Send it to me for proper disposal.
