Lot of Y'all have said before , But it needs to be said again, Long story short , I place a good size order with Andrew today vie the web site. Web site was easy to use and fast and easy, ready to check out I didn't have a discount code, but in the email message block , I did say I was a 1st time user of the site and a BOTL.org member , I went through the whole process, Like I said no sweat ......
Well when I get the receipt back in email, cool very fast , then there was a email from Andrew (Small Batch Cigars) stating he saw I was BOTL member and he said he gave me the 10% discount anyway for being a BOTL Member, witch saved me some coin. To me that is service, he could have very easily just blow it off and made more money off me ......
