I just got it. Will review it when I get home. A little gimmicky but peaked enough of an interest to warrant one single.

Bro I've seen single bottles go for $25+ with all these hipsters buying them in Southern California
Same here (Just in NJ). Usually just on brew that is tried and true. Like 120, KBS or Bourbon County. I mean Burton Baton is like $5 a single here.
I just get annoyed with new beers being marked up right away.
But who am I to say? The brewing process could be mad expensive or the retailers are just gougers.

Cigar City brewing is good stuff!!! And keep us posted about this beer you found...that seems a little pricey but here in NY it would probably be around that maybe a dollar or two cheaper.

Nice floral hop on the nose. First taste gives a medium-full familiar citrus with a super hoppy finish. Its not that bitter and the only sign of Spanish cedar is at the very end of the finish - very subtle not in your face at all. Overall, I wouldn't buy it again @ $6.99 / 12oz but its definitely a fun item to have in tote at a herf. The closest profile that I think is similar: Hopworks Urban Brewery IPA. Good stuff!

Im actually amazed they did this after Cigar City has been doing the Humidor Series. I brewed a blood orange IPA once that I aged on spanish cedar from Liga Privada boxes. I wasn't crazy about it but the backstory was badass.
