I really like the flavor of this one but having a hard time getting a good drag on it. Not really sure what I'm doing wrong. Can't seem to keep it hot enough to keep going if that makes sense.

Cut more off the end and walah perfect. Definitely need to either get a better cutter or a punch. Any recommendations?
