Looks like I have a little rolling to do
Work might hold me up but I am going to try to make it this evening…
Wanted to run the idea by you guys per a conversation I had with Jon this past week.
Next month I was thinking about hosting a poker night on either the first or second Saturday of on the month (6th or 13th) at my home in Mesa. I spoke with a few friends and my future brother-in-law and there is some tentative interest behind this idea, wanted to open this up to you guys as well.
Details/specifics are not really there right now but there are a few ideas for the game. Such as keeping it to a ‘x’ number of premium cigar buy-in and the winner of the game gets a box of cigars. However, I am open to keeping it a small cash buy-in too.
I know November is an extremely busy month for guys with families and I wanted to shoot the idea now rather than later.
Let me know of your thoughts and let’s get a game going!

Okay here is my plan for the game…
Date/Time November 7th at 6:00pm, location my home (Higley/Brown) in Mesa.
Right now I have commitment of one person on the 7th but need more to make this happen!
With enough commitment I will provide the following for our game: I will be doing something in the smoker (brisket/shoulder) with sides and will provide sprits for those who want a beverage during the game. I have a small bar and will have stuff to make a cocktail for those interested! If you would rather BYOB, feel free I will have two ice chests which I will have filled with ice for you to use.
The game: No limit hold’em with $15 initial buy-in and $5 rebuys. Winner take all and I will also probably put something together in the way of cigars for the winner of the game.

I will be there around the same time and bringing a buddy that isn't on the board. Should be a really good time
