Just wanted to say, that for what it's worth I think Famous did a good job running this promotion. The exclusions are a pain for them as much as customers I'm guessing.
But I've seen a big boot company website go down and screw up tons of orders on a black friday sale. I saw a big gun dealer website lock up and screw up a bunch of peoples orders on a black friday sale. Aside from one small gaff, Famous stayed up and plugging away the whole time. So I give them a lot of credit for that. Plus my order from Friday already has a tracking number. No lag time in processing.

Agreed 100%. I was nervous the site would crash when 100 off 200 hit. Great deals, run fairly seemlessly and quick shipping. Can't ask for more than that!

Couldn't agree more. So far they got me 4 times, and it's not over yet. Would have been 5 if I wasn't so late on the AVO XOs. The $50 off of $100 yesterday was a delightful surprise. Got half a cab of Tattoos on that one.
After dealing with some of the others, shipping is another one of their strong points. For the last two years I've been averaging 3 to 4 orders a month, and they ALWAYS ship on time, are packed extremely well, and usually arrive the next day. I also can't remember ever getting a damaged cigar from them, and from time to time they throw in free samples. If it wasn't for CA and the Famous deals, I wouldn't be able to enjoy this hobby to the extent I do.
