Now I'm having my post-breakfast cigar, while adjusting the smoker a little. Over-adjusted a little after it got too high, bringing it back up slowly.

That I am brother! We're only about 2.5 hours into it so far. Looking forward to the evening I may be able to keep up with @bostoneo today too!

I honestly didn't care for the wine with it. Ended up switching to Zacapa Rum. Only reason I started with wine was the wife poured me a glass to have with my steak I grilled after work tonight. I've pretty much narrowed my pairings to aged rum, bourbon, or coffee no matter the cigar.

Yeah I was running through the flavors in my head and I guess I could see the 15 working with a very dry and spicy red (like a chianti) might work. I usually switch to drinking wines around this time of year, haven't experimented with pairings yet. Good call on the Zacapa, this goes with just about every cigar.
