1502 Customer Service - Outstanding!

So a while back, as I was wondering through the many threads on this amazing forum I stumbled upon one (which I forget now) that one of our BOTL had showed a picture of his 1502 Cigars ashtray. It was impressive and exactly what I have been searching for in an ashtray, for sometime. I immediately went online to their website to see if they sold them - they don't. At least not directly from their website. It said they sold them exclusively through their partnered stores. Well, where I live there isn't a cigar shop that sells 1502. So I got on Twitter and sent a direct tweet to the 1502 Cigars account asking if there was anyway to purchase one online. Within minutes I was replied to, by owner Enrique Sánchez, who runs the account himself and he asked me where I was located and then put me in touch with a gentleman who is a midwest account manager. He also reached out to me within minutes and told me he would contact a store closest to my location on Monday and have one of the ashtrays shipped directly from the warehouse to the store for me. Within two weeks I have my beautiful 1502 ashtray! What amazing customer service!

It was my ashtray you saw. I love it. I keep it outside at the girlfriend's patio and it weathers well - even being left outside during a handfull of storms.
I would advise cleaning out the ash more regularly than I did - as it did end up tarnishing the bottom of the bowl more than I'd like... but I love that ash try.
