Just bad luck I guess-first order from them. One 10 pack got switched, the same order they didn't have one Oliva sampler, daily deal thing (they show inventory), so they sent it later, after I left for the holidays, they didn't know that but should have just let it go if you don't have inventory. For the mix up they said the would credit me 5 bucks towards a future order. After 25 years of smoking cigars, I like to get what I order. When I called the guy said that this stuff happens "all the time". Not bitter just not ordering from them again. I have never had a "mix up " on a cigar order, I have gotten phone calls but not different stuff.
